Terms and Conditions Korean Skincare Brands Inc. Last updated: September 2025

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from Korean Skincare Brands Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “KSB”), located at 500 W. Overland Suite 250‑III, El Paso, Texas 79901. By accessing or ordering from our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you are legally able to enter into and form contracts.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

  • Prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. dollars and include any applicable sales tax where required by law; additional taxes or import duties may apply for shipments to Mexico and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the rules posted with each offer and may have limitations (one use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, limited time only). We recommend stating each promotion’s terms clearly at the point of offer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to the Continental United States and Mexico. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and can vary by destination.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments to Mexico may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

  • We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be returned in original condition unless defective.

  • Return shipping and handling are paid by the buyer except where otherwise required by law.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit when the original payment method requires; store credit will be issued within a reasonable time following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • For defective or damaged goods, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can evaluate and direct next steps.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

  • We offer subscription services for select products. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the frequency selected and agree to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

  • Subscription orders can be managed or canceled through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service prior to the next scheduled billing date.

7. Associate Program, and Sales Through Third Parties

  • We sell products through authorized associates participating in our multi‑level marketing (MLM) program. If you purchase through an associate, additional terms or policies may apply from that associate.

  • We authorize associates to resell our products under our official program terms. Unauthorized resellers are not permitted to represent themselves as official associates.

  • KSB is not responsible for representations made by associates beyond these Terms; customers should contact KSB directly for product, safety, and policy questions.

  • Participation in our Associate Program is governed by the Korean Skincare Brands Inc. Associate Program Addendum and the Associate Compensation Plan, each of which supplements and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions; by enrolling as an associate you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Addendum and Compensation Plan.

8. Product Use, Warnings, and Warranty

  • Products should be used only as directed on the label or packaging. Do not use products in any manner inconsistent with labeling or instructions.

  • If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Limited warranty: KSB warrants that products will conform to product descriptions and be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. If a product fails to meet this warranty, notify customer service for evaluation. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or store credit at KSB’s discretion.

  • Limitation: Except as expressly provided in this warranty, products are provided “as is.” KSB disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


9. Adverse Events and FDA Reporting

  • If you experience a serious adverse event or unexpected reaction from any product, discontinue use and seek medical attention.

  • Customers are encouraged to complete an FDA MedWatch adverse event report when applicable. You can find the FDA MedWatch form and submission instructions at the FDA website. Reporting adverse events helps regulatory agencies and manufacturers monitor safety.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of KSB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSB and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • KSB’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising from any claim related to these Terms or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) at issue.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KSB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products.

13. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. By using the site and ordering products you consent to our privacy practices. The Privacy Policy is a separate document available on our website.

14. Third‑Party Links and Content

  • Our site may include links to third‑party websites. KSB is not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • Parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered under the rules selected by KSB or, if arbitration is unavailable, by alternative dispute resolution methods. Where arbitration is elected, it will be held in El Paso County, Texas. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. To the extent a court must decide any matter, you and KSB agree that Texas courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • If you do not agree to arbitration, do not use our site or purchase our products.

16. Promotions and Gift Certificates

  • Promotions, gift certificates, and discounts are subject to the terms posted with the offer. KSB reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

17. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
