SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy Korean Skincare Brands Inc. Effective date: September 2025.

Overview This Shipping Policy explains shipping options, costs, delivery timelines, duties and taxes, tracking, and related procedures for orders placed with Korean Skincare Brands Inc. (“KSB”). We ship to the Continental United States and Mexico. Please review shipping details before placing your order.

1. Shipping Regions and Restrictions

  • Shipping destinations: Continental United States (48 contiguous states) and Mexico only.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or carrier limitations; affected items will be identified on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination.

  • Typical processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Processing time does not include transit time.

  • Continental U.S. estimated transit times (after processing):

    • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited (2–3 business days): 2–3 business days

    • Express (1–2 business days): 1–2 business days

  • Mexico estimated transit times (after processing):

    • Standard International: 7–14 business days (may vary with customs)

    • Expedited International: 4–7 business days (may vary with customs)

  • Delivery estimates are provided for customer convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier capacity, weather, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping option selected.

  • Free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping on orders over $100) apply only to eligible orders and shipping destinations specified in the promotion. Promotional free shipping does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees for Mexico shipments.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Mexico)

  • Shipments to Mexico may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees assessed by Mexican authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery may be delayed while customs inspects the shipment. KSB cannot control customs decisions and is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

  • For questions about Mexican customs, duties, or fees, customers should contact their local customs office or carrier.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. For international shipments, tracking detail frequency can vary.

  • If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier first; then contact KSB customer service for assistance and to initiate a carrier claim if needed.

6. Title, Risk of Loss, and Inspection

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. KSB is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.

  • Inspect packages upon receipt. If a shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact KSB customer service within 7 days with photos and order details so we can assist with claims and next steps.

7. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • Please enter your shipping address carefully. KSB is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change the shipping address after ordering, contact customer service immediately. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has begun.

  • Redirects, returns, or reshipments due to incorrect address entries may incur additional shipping fees, which the customer will be responsible for.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If tracking indicates a package was delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and confirm the shipping address. Then contact the carrier to file a claim. If unresolved, contact KSB customer service and provide order details and carrier claim information.

  • KSB will work with carriers to assist customers but is not liable for items confirmed delivered by the carrier to the correct shipping address.

9. Returns and Exchanges

  • For return instructions and policy details, refer to our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except where KSB is at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item) or local law requires otherwise.

10. Subscription Shipments

  • Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines. Manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions through your account before the next scheduled shipment to avoid charges.

11. Carrier Partners

  • KSB uses reputable carriers for domestic and international shipments. Carrier availability varies by destination and chosen shipping method. Carrier names will be provided at checkout and on shipping confirmation emails.
