Return Shipping and Handling

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where local law requires otherwise or the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment. KSB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds and Store Credit

If the return is approved, KSB will issue store credit to your KSB account within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Store credit will equal the purchase price of the returned item minus any original shipping fees, taxes, and a handling fee if applicable.

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only when required by law or at KSB’s discretion. If a refund to the original payment method is issued, allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

For verified defects or shipping errors, KSB will cover return shipping and either replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the purchase at our discretion.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for store credit and place a new order online.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping by contacting customer service. If an order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

International & Mexico Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes on returns to Mexico. Refunds or store credit will be issued after returned items clear customs and are inspected.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility unless KSB is at fault.
Fraud, Abuse, and Restocking

KSB reserves the right to refuse returns, limit return privileges, or withhold refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or repeated returns that indicate misuse of the program.

Large or bulk returns may be subject to a restocking fee at KSB’s discretion.
Warranty Returns

How We Issue Store Credit

Store credit will be applied to your KSB account and may be used toward future purchases. Store credit expiration and redemption rules will be listed in your account and on the credit notification.
